Illegal DRUGS and hard ALCOHOL
are strictly forbidden on board, beer is allowed in
moderation. Violation of this policy will result in
immediate cancellation of the trip. |

No black soled shoes please.
No open toe sandals. Sneakers recommended. |

On the AMERICAN STAR WE DO NOT
KEEP ANY OF YOUR FISH. All fish caught aboard AMERICAN
STAR are to be cut up at the dock and taken home by
the customer. |

The customer agrees that the
Captain and crew reserve the right to photograph all
fish and customers engaged in fishing related activities
aboard AMERICAN STAR for use in promotion of the boats
charter business. |

Tournament entry and travel
fees are to be paid by charter and vary depending on
the tournament. In the event of a tournament win the
boat will be entitled to 25% of the net winnings after
the subtraction of the customers entry fees. |

Contents of customer coolers
will be inspected and transferred to one of the boats
coolers upon boarding the American Star, no customer
coolers will be allowed in cabin or cockpit. |

The captain of American Star
reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inclement
weather, or electrical, mechanical failure. Deposits
are non refundable and the cancelled trip must be rescheduled
within 6 weeks of cancellation. If a trip cannot be
reschedule during the current season the deposit will
be carried over to the next season. |

No firearms, or bang sticks,
spear guns, harpoons are permitted aboard. |
