Rates & Cancellation Policy

Inshore (20 miles from the tip of Sandy Hook) $375.00 per 4 Anglers. Up to two additional anglers $50.00 ea.

All trips must be secured by a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits not received within 7 calendar days will result in the cancellation of the booked date.

The Captain will determine departure times based on weather forecasts, tides and recent fishing reports.

All departures will be prompt. Late arrival by charter will result in a shorter trip.

In the event of mechanical failure or unforeseen weather conditions while at sea, the prorated balance of the charter will be credited to the customers account for use against a future trip.

The captain of AMERICAN STAR reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inclement weather, or electrical, mechanical failure. Deposits are non refundable and the cancelled trip must be rescheduled within 6 weeks of cancellation. If a trip canot be reschedule during the current season the deposit will be carried over to the next season.
